If you were in New York City in the rain, what would you do?

My friends and I are going to the city on Sunday and really have no idea what to do. We're teenagers. We don't really want to go to a museum or Madame Tussauds or Riplys Believe it or Not (we've already been there). We don't want to just walk around in the rain either. So please, any suggestion would be great :)
