Can a christian man have an ear ring and not sin?

Any scripture would help. I would like to get an ear ring and i know a lot of guys have them. I have looked but have trouble finding scripture involving piercings in the Bible and I would like some insights. please say your opinions. I dont want to get it to be rebellious or anything i just thought it looks cool.
